Exterior Design Concept :
The cubic shape and straight lines, continues curtain wall that was defined by the solid thick edges makes the building compatible with the surrounding area and help the interior function. While respecting the site, the neighborhood and the city, achieving the vision of ours and the vision of 2030 SAUDI vision. 
The lights were used to illustrate the straight lines and sharp edges. Each has a unique way of fixation to give the building the effects of uniqueness and importance.
Interior Design Concept : 
The connectivity between the exterior with the interior design was attained by using the same direction of straight lines, sharp edges and luxuries yet simple materials. The material and unit selection were carefully picked to go with the concept. Maintaining the highest quality, best efficiency and the aesthetic element with respect to the budget.
